Pine Creek Spirits was first an idea in 2017, but started production at the end of 2019. While the restaurant industry suffered during the pandemic, Pine Creek established it’s initial customer base while the state liquor stores were closed. We’ve since expanded from a 10×10 area in our banquet room for production, to it’s own full production facility in Etown. Likewise, at 28s Market St., Pine Creek started in the second bar behind Funk Brewing. Then, expanded to the front bar as Funk exited.
Pine Creek started with initial offerings of Vodka, Whiskey, and Gin but now has over 13 different spirits or RTDs to offer. We pride ourselves on having something for everyone to enjoy. With a full service kitchen, a solid beer tap lineup, our extensive spirits list, and a welcoming banquet space, we consider our taproom a constantly evolving experience as much as it is a fun local bar for our regulars.
